This accommodation was brilliant and clean, it had VERY GOOD staff and rooms. Satisfactory breakfast, I enjoyed it. The staff was welcoming, I stayed for 2 nights. There also was ample parking and good pool.

Tidy and immaculate room with all amenities, and lovely pool.

We got a great deal and it was perfect as a group of us got the same rate

The lack of water pressure meant having a shower was very difficult

The units are immaculate, vibrant.

Enjoyed the gym and swimming pool very relaxing. Also the meal was very tasty.

The only thing that we weren't happy with was we booked online and it said £57 for double/Twin room. We did right in your comments Double room. Turn up to the Hotel went in our room and had twin room I rang down stairs and they said we didn't say what we wanted so thats why we got that room (does state we would like the double) and there was no other Double rooms avaliable. So me and my partner was stuck with 2 single beds so was a little dissapointed but didn't let that ruin our time.

The pool and spa were super easy to access, and I loved having gluten-free breakfast options. The fresh fruit selection was good!

being able to hear occupants of next room. especially at 3.15am when they were having sex !!! better soundproofing required

The food was poor with plastic found in the soup, prawn starter was over cooked and there was dirt in the water.

Great stay with a few hiccups

So I checked in and my first room was a bit messy-think dirty sheets and hair in the bathroom. They switched me without much fuss, and my new room was decent, though it had a drippy shower. The food was pretty good and I loved the breakfast options. All in all, I'd give it another shot if the rooms were cleaner.

The only thing I can fault with the hotel is the food pricing.I Think the over pricing on all foods will limit you to how many clients to actually use the resteraunt facilities.

Cleanliness of the room and the Hotel in general and the friendly British staff on the reception.

Only complaint I could make, was the air conditioning which was on in the changing rooms of the swimming pool....very cold after a hot shower....probably not needed for the temp outside....18C !

no option for sofa bed for our 7year old but the super big bed was fine for the 3 of us

Crispy batter on the fish and chips was excellent!

The receptionist's unwelcoming attitude was disappointing.

Hotel in quiet location, clean rooms, polite and helpful staff, good breakfast, ample secure parking we were unable to use the facilities at the hotel this time but have always enjoyed them in other holiday inns

As a dedicated smoking area is provided it would have been nice if the groupe of smokers at the front entrance had been directed to it.
